We build for the
clinic's calm.
Not for a feature list. Not for a demo. For the quiet confidence that, at the end of a busy day, nothing slipped through.
It starts with a chaotic morning
Most Indian dental practices run on paper registers, WhatsApp reminders, and memory. It works right up until it doesn't: a follow-up nobody chased, a payment that quietly went uncollected, a patient's history that can't be found with the drill already in hand.
None of that is a failing of the dentist. It's the tooling, usually a watered-down copy of Western software or a bloated ERP built for chains. Indian clinics are underserved, not unsophisticated. Teoro's job is to take that weight off the practice, so the dentist can do the one thing they trained for: treat patients well.
What we're building toward
Our mission is simple: give every dental clinic in India the quiet confidence that nothing is falling through the cracks.
The vision is bigger. We want Teoro to be the default operating system for the Indian dental practice, the thing a dentist reaches for when they open a clinic. We start with the solo and small practice, because that's where the pain is sharpest and the incumbents care least.
What we believe
The clinic's day is sacred
Software that adds clicks to a busy chairside moment has failed, no matter how many features it has. Speed and clarity beat completeness.
India-first, not India-adapted
GST, FDI charting, rupees, WhatsApp, and cash flows, designed in from the start, never bolted onto a template built for somewhere else.
Trust is the product
We hold patient data. Every design and security decision is made as if our own family's records were in that table.
Depth beats breadth
Do the daily workflow completely and well before adding a new module. A short, sharp product beats a long one you tolerate.
The intent behind the design
Look at Teoro and the first thing you'll notice is that it doesn't look like a hospital's software. That's deliberate. We chose aubergine and mint, a deep calm ink with one fresh accent of life, because a clinic's software shouldn't feel clinical. It should feel like walking into a place where everything is already in order. The feeling we're after is quiet competence.
Underneath the calm, the choices are strict. Colour and type are defined once and reused everywhere, so a clinic learns the app once. Information is ordered the way a clinician thinks: allergies and alerts before an address, the next appointment and any dues before the day someone registered. When clarity and subtlety conflict, clarity wins, because legibility is a safety issue, not a nicety.
We show the real thing, too: the actual interface, real rupee amounts, real FDI tooth numbers. No stock photos of dentists smiling at screens. Authenticity in the pixels, same as in the words.
Get your clinic
sorted.
If any of this sounds like your clinic, the best way to feel the difference is to try it.
